Damion Cox Jr., Memphis Central: Cox averaged over 25 points per game in four games at the VanVleet Thanksgiving Classic in Rockford, Illinois, helping Central win three games. He had a triple-double vs. Chicago Bogan and a 41-point, nine-rebound performance vs. Morgan Park.

Chandler Day, Houston: The Tennessee baseball commitment was 10-of-22 passing for 119 yards and three touchdowns in Houston's 24-21 win over Class 6A No. 1 Ravenwood in the semifinals.

Jamarion Morrow, Melrose: Morrow carried the ball 23 times for 115 yards and Melrose's only two touchdowns in the team's 14-7 win over defending 4A champions Pearl-Cohn. He also had 105 passing yards.

Kadience Nelson, MASE: Nelson made three catches for 49 yards and two touchdowns in MASE's 40-34 1A state semifinal victory over McKenzie. The sophomore also had two interceptions, including one returned for a TD, two tackles and 71 kick return yards.

Fred Smith Jr., Briarcrest: Smith scored 22 points each in wins versus Hillsboro and Westwood.

Tarecous Stevens, Fayette-Ware: Stevens had 10 points, 13 rebounds and 10 blocks in a 66-52 win over Horn Lake.

RJ Tate, Arlington: Tate scored 22 points in Arlington's 60-53 victory over Center Hill. He also had 14 points in a win over Stewarts Creek.

Webb Thomas, Collierville: Thomas scored 21 points and added three rebounds and four assists in the Dragons' 70-64 victory over Rossville Christian.
