Rhyan Brown, Melrose: Brown carried 14 times for 94 yards and two touchdowns in Melrose's 4A state championship loss to Macon Co.

Chandler Day, Houston: Day threw for 256 yards and three touchdowns in Houston's 42-20 championship game loss to Oakland. He also rushed for 33 yards.

Nolan O'Connell, Center Hill: O'Connell scored three goals in a 6-3 victory over Saltillo.

Cornelius Ratliff, Raleigh-Egypt: Ratliff dropped 30 points in the Pharaohs 72-29 win over University High.

Fred Smith Jr., Briarcrest: Smith had 22 points in a 69-34 win vs. Collierville, and 27 points in a loss to Springdale.

Jakeel Truss, Soulsville: Truss led the Revolution with 19 points in a 78-40 win over MSE Cordova.

Christopher Watson, MASE: Watson was the MVP of MASE's 36-14 TSSAA 1A state championship game win after carrying the ball 10 times for 80 yards and three touchdowns. He also had one catch for 40 yards.

Braylon Williams, Bartlett: Williams scored 21 points in Bartlett's 60-54 win over Owasso (OK) during the Iverson Classic Battle in the Bluff.
