Lipscomb, a senior at Houston, was recognized after totaling 29 points and 11 steals to lead her team to a 64-35 victory over Cordova. She earned just over 42% of the vote to edge out Hutchison’s Tyler Jones who scored 28 points in a victory against St. Benedict Jan. 12.
Collierville’s Hilary Shikuku was third followed by Shelby Gray of Trezevant and Curnesha Taylor of Memphis Business Academy.
