Here are the candidates from Week 13.
Chandler Day, Houston: Day had one of his most productive games as the Mustangs eliminated arch-rival Collierville in Class 6A. The junior completed 12 of 16 passes for 235 yards and three touchdowns while rushing for 54 yards on six carries with two more scores as Houston won its ninth game in a row, 40-7.
