Each Monday, we’ll post several candidates from the previous week’s games, and we’d like for you — our readers — to select the winner. Voting ends at 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 2.
Here are the candidates from Week 11.
Damon Sisa, Houston: The Mustangs not only got a win over arch-rival Collierville last week, but they also secured the second-seed in the Class 6A playoffs and the home game that goes with it. Sisa provided the ground attack, rushing for 206 yards on 24 carries and scoring on runs of 5, 30 and 46 in a 42-28 victory.
