Once again this season, The Daily Memphian is recognizing a high school spring athlete of the week. But we need your help.

Each Monday, we’ll post several candidates from the previous week’s games and we’re asking our readers to vote for the winner. Voting will end at 5 p.m. Thursday.

Here are the candidates for Week 9.

Zoe Marsh, Houston track: Marsh heads to Spring Fling after winning sectional titles in two distance races. The junior took first in the 1,600 in a time of 5:00.49 and came back later on a steamy afternoon at Bartlett in the sectional track and field championships to win the 3,200 in a time of 11:32.92.
