Congratulations are in order for Houston Mustangs Girls Golf.

After their season wrapped up, there were a handful of award to be given out among these mustangs.

The Daily Memphian recognized a few members of the HHS golf program. They named Erin McDonald and Sophie Christopher to the All-Metro Team. Sophie was selected Girl Co-golfer of the Year, also by The Daily Memphian. Last but not least, they also named Coach Steve Bell Girls Coach of the Year.

Sophie was also named to the All-Metro team by the Commercial Appeal, and she was named to the Class AA All-State Team by the Tennessee Sports Writers Association.

Congratulations to our girls golf team on these recognitions. We can't wait to see what you accomplish next fall. Go mustangs!
